Tropical Coast Builders is part of the Tropical Coast Group. The group covers residential and commercial building, sale of raw materials and landscaping supplies, plant hire and nursery items. As a result, the group can supply everything customers need for their new home. Chris works very closely with all his customers, has an exceptional attention to detail and aims to ensure that all customers are completely satisfied. Chris has always believed that his company should work closely with the local community and he supports many local initiatives such as school programs, sports clubs and festivals. He also provides apprenticeship training for a number of young apprentices in the region.

Owner-operators of Tropical Coast Builders, Chris and Olivia Watt are
proud of their business being one of North Queensland’s most reputable
building companies. Managing Director, Chris has many years experience
in the building and construction industry of North Queensland, where he
has lived his whole life. Chris commenced his apprenticeship with one of
the area’s most highly skilled and sought-after building companies and by
2003 became Director and General Manager of a well respected and highly
prestigious local building company. In 2008, he seized the opportunity to
create his own company from an existing brand and is now owner and
Managing Director of the Tropical Coast Group. Chris prides himself on
his quality workmanship, attention to detail, knowledge and passion for the
industry. Chris and Olivia are proud to have been awarded the Medium
Rise Multi-Residential Housing Awards at the Master Builders Queensland
Housing and Construction Awards in 2010.
