Kim March has many years experience in and around the building industry as a developer, investor, building consultant, owner/builder and managing her father’s building company. As Managing Director her main focus is on customer service but she also ensures that the company achieves its key performance indicators of on-time delivery within the client budget, zero defects and a safe workplace environment whilst allowing you the flexibility to create your dream home.

The Construction department is headed by Wayne Robins. Prior to joining David Reid Homes Perth as Construction Manger, he was a senior supervisor and Construction manager for some of Perth’s highest profiled builders as well as running his own building company. Over 31 years experience in the Perth Building scene has allowed Wayne to select the best craftsman to work with who understand project management, great customer service, quality and attention to detail. These contacts have allowed to complete many stunning homes in Mt. Claremont, Swanbourne, Dalkeith, Nedlands & Mosman Park.
Wayne was attracted to David Reid Homes because of our focus on the customer. This David Reid Homes deliberately choose to be a limited number of homes each year so that we can spend more one-on-one time with each customer.
